Hair care steps

Adverts

Our hair needs treatment and a care routine, so we can take care of ourselves by making a Capillary Schedule, which includes three treatments such as hydration, nutrition and reconstruction.

Each step offers you a specific resource for damaged hair. Wire damage can happen due to pollution, incidence of sunlight, water chlorine, excessive use of heat tools, chemical coloring or discoloration procedures, among many others.

How to make a hair schedule

You must create these habits such as hydration, nutrition and reconstruction in washing your hair. First of all, you need to do the porosity test and then define what your hair needs.

Hydration is the star of hair with up-to-date elasticity, soft, with balance and, of course, free from dryness. Nutrition is responsible for protecting the hair against daily aggressions that cause dryness, frizz and weakening of the hair fiber.

The reconstruction, on the other hand, will recompose the strands that have lost mass and are brittle and tuned due to chemical processes and frequent use of heat tools.

porosity test

To do the porosity test you will need a glass of filtered water and just a few strands of clean hair, which can be those that come out naturally on the brush or comb. Place the hair strands inside the glass and wait about 10 minutes to analyze the evaluation.

The results can be:

  1. The strand floats on the surface: your hair needs hydration:
  2. The thread does not float or sink: your hair needs nutrition;
  3. The strand sinks: your hair needs rebuilding.

Now that you've discovered the need for your hair, it's time to set up your schedule.

Hydration

It can be considered one of the best known hair treatments around and is very important in the hair schedule. As the name already says, it deals with the replacement of water in the wires. When the hair is dehydrated, the strands are dull and bouncy. This happens from being exposed to the sun, chlorine, pollution, and of course, chemicals.

Look for products that have active ingredients in their formulation such as: D-Panthenol, Olive Butter, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera and Functional Amino Acids.

Hydration masks provide more hydrated hair, free from frizz, the L'Oréal Professionnel brand guarantees hair that is easier to comb, with constant shine and softness. If your hair has remained on the surface of the water, your hair needs hydration and the ideal is to follow this step by step:

Nutrition

Nutrition consists of replacing lipids in the hair, which is nothing more than natural oiliness. When these nutrients are lacking in the hair, it becomes dull and split ends. You can still choose to do the wetting which is a nutrition step.

Humectation is a vegetable oil-based treatment capable of nourishing the hair, replenishing the necessary oiliness and recovering strands damaged by chemicals.

The nutrients most used in this stage are: vegetable oils; vegetable butters; ceramides and vegetable or animal marrow. If your hair didn't float or sink, you need to nourish your hair and in that case, the ideal is to follow this sequence:

Reconstruction

And finally, this stage is usually the most powerful of the entire capillary schedule. It is the phase in which keratin, proteins and amino acids are lost, mainly due to chemical procedures. If your hair is very fragile, brittle and elastic, reconstruction is ideal for you.

The components most used for reconstruction are: keratin; creatine; arginine; cysteine; collagen; hydrolyzed wheat and corn protein and amino acids. If your strand has sunk, your hair needs rebuilding. For best results, follow this order:
